Start with the receiving party’s requirements.
Before arranging notarisation, ask the organisation receiving your documents what it requires. Include those instructions in your enquiry so that the notary can review the document pack and proposed formalities.
Documents to describe
- Company records and constitutional documents.
- Board resolutions and prepared corporate authorities.
- Any supporting records or repeat copies requested by the recipient.
These are examples for an initial enquiry. Acceptance depends on the notary reviewing the documents and requirements; listing a document here does not confirm its eligibility.
Your initial brief
Tell us the company name, your role, the document types and quantities, country of issue, country of use and requested deadline. Include whether a signature must be witnessed or a copy certified, if the receiving party has specified this.
Before your appointment
The notary will confirm the required originals, identification and evidence of corporate signing authority. Appointment arrangements and the total fee are agreed by email before work begins.
Notarisation and certification only. UAE-issued documents, drafting, legal or tax advice, apostilles, consular legalisation and UAE attestation are outside the advertised scope. Confirm any additional steps with the receiving organisation.
