Which documents does the service cover?
The service is limited to notarising and certifying non-UAE documents. The focus is on corporate records, certified company documents and repeat business copies, subject to the appointed notary confirming eligibility and formalities. UAE documents are outside the scope.
Can I enquire on behalf of a company or client?
Yes. Company representatives and professional advisers can submit an enquiry. Include the company name, your role, document types and quantities. The notary will confirm any identification and evidence of authority required before accepting the work.
Do you provide legal services or tax advice?
No. The service is limited to notarisation and certification. No other legal services, legal advice, document drafting or tax advice are offered. Obtain any advice about the document’s contents or effect from your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
Prices start at AED 1,200 + VAT for the first four documents. Each additional document is AED 750 + VAT. Repeat copies are AED 500 + VAT per copy. The total fee is confirmed before work begins, with VAT charged in addition to the prices shown.
How do I arrange an appointment?
Appointments are agreed by email. Send your requirements to Art@virtuouscirclelegal.com or use the enquiry form. The appointment time, location or format, and document requirements will be confirmed by email before you attend.
What identification and documents will I need?
The notary will confirm the requirements for your matter, including any identity evidence, originals and corporate signing authority. Please do not enter passport numbers or other sensitive information in the initial enquiry.
Does the service include apostilles or UAE attestation?
No. The advertised service is limited to notarisation and certification of non-UAE documents. Apostilles, consular legalisation and UAE attestation are outside the advertised scope. Check any separate requirements with the receiving organisation.
How long will it take?
The timetable and appointment are agreed by email after reviewing the document requirements. No completion deadline or acceptance by the receiving organisation is guaranteed.
