Define the copy requirement first.

When a receiving organisation asks for a certified copy, send us its wording and explain which company record it relates to. The notary will confirm what can be certified and what evidence or originals need to be provided.

What to include in your enquiry

• The title and country of issue of each company document.
• The number of separate documents and copies required.
• The receiving organisation and country where the copies will be used.
• Any certification wording or format the recipient has requested.
• Your deadline and the person coordinating the instruction.

Document packs and repeat copies

If you need copies for several recipients, explain the quantities separately for each document. Repeat copies are priced at AED 500 + VAT per copy; the total fee is confirmed after the requirements are reviewed.

Keep the initial enquiry brief

The form asks for a description rather than document uploads. Do not include identification documents, passport numbers or confidential material. Arrangements for providing originals and any other evidence are agreed after review.
